For one of our clients – an industry star offering an opportunity to work on one of the biggest telecommunication projects at the moment. We are searching for people who bring positivity, confidence, and a customer-centric approach to the table, for the role of Telecommunications Support Representative with French or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the friendly voice assisting customers across various channels;
  • Dive into inquiries, resolving them with finesse and efficiency;
  • From product details to billing queries, you'll provide all the necessary information;
  • You will also be rerouting calls and directing them to the right department;
  • Plus, you'll play a key role in implementing system changes.

Requirements:

  • Be fluent in German or French (C1+) and English (B1);
  • Comfortable with MS Office apps and available for the flexibility of shift work;
  • Positive outlook and customer-focused mindset will make all the difference;
  • You poses oorganizational and communication skills - you are a star candidate.
